I work up the road, only having 30 minutes for lunch. I ordered today on the app at 9:50 for it to be ready by 1125. I showed up... around 11:30 and waited until 11:45 for them to get my order ready. Subway should be quick, in and out especially for the pickup orders and this isnt the first time at this location I've had an issue with food not being ready or them being understaffedand unable to manage a crowd. (five people came in, and it took the one working to gos nearly 25 minutes just to put my sandwichtogether and send it on way.) One too many bad experiences at this location. Read more

Definitely not worth the stop if you want subway there is a better one on garden of the gods and centennial that will be much... more worth the stop.. I had to tell the lady 3 times what BREAD I wanted. Nit to mention she looked like she was fresh off thepipe talking to NO ONE Read more

The first time I've been back to a Subway since the covid shut down. I can only explain that my experience was beyond horrible.... Unrotated food that was disgusting and unedible. I demonstrated that a meatball shouldn't bounce like a golf ball to the youngstaff to their disamasement and inability to comprehend what my mf'n problem was. I vote with my dollars and I wouldn't throw apenny to watch this place burn down. Read more

Only 2 staff members and we had to wait. Out of a bread and mozzarella cheese. Big puddle of water on the floor from equipment... leaking. They did have signs up. Read more

Sully was absolutely amazing. This guy was lone wolf and working his backside off to try and serve everyone in a timely manner.... However I must give this location a 1 star review because he cut himself and had to tape a napkin to his elbow because there wasno first aid. Shame on leadership. Hard working employees like him deserve better treatment. Read more

Went in to place a $300 catering order - was told to do it online. We did it online - got a confirmation order. Today we show up... to pick up the order and we are told that they have no idea what we're talking about. Our emails show that they haven'tresponded to the catering request and they told us they haven't gotten anything. So today, 1hr away from my daughters party.We're have a frozen $300 in our bank account and no food. Read more
