Used to come to this Subway a lot but they seem to be struggling to get good management in place now. Pretty poor customer... service the past couple times I've come in. Went in today and there was one guy up front by himself who seemed fairly new to thejob and was trying to handle a bunch of online orders as well as mine, and there were two "seasoned" employees in back literallyjust hanging out and talking about video games. Door was locked, all the food was out and lights were on. Saw 2 employees inside and they saw me at the door and just stared.... This is the 3rd time this has happened. Save your time, even though it says open, most likely lazy employees who don't want towork or at least explain why they are "closed" will be there. Maybe we should pay them 15 an hour and that would make them work? Read more
Wish I could give them negative 5 stars. By far the worst sandwich shop in Colorado springs. Not only do they always screw up... the order but bread was completely wrong and stail. Completely $h#t hole and no pride in their jobs. Will NEVER eat here againand I will make sure my employees don't eat here either. Won't ever answer the phone when we try to call. I will not choose this location again. The toasted sandwiches were so hard you couldn't eat all of them. They charged for the... meals and an extra 5 for drinks. They were very busy but very slow. I love the subway by my house. I was truly disappointed. Read more
The last few times I've ordered pick up, the order is never ready by the time I get there. And this happens when I order 20-45... mins in advance for a simple sandwich. I'm not going to bother ordering at this location anymore. You'll end up waiting for yourpick up order anyway. Read more
We live really close to this location and frequent it often. We are regularly helped by Steven (Stephen?) and he is always super... friendly and actually makes a mean sandwich every time without fail. Definitely makes a difference when he?s working vs whenhe?s not. Shout out to employees who make the experience that much better! Read more
