I don't even know if anyone was working in the restaurant at a little before 3 pm on 10/07/22. No one even came to the front and... I also didn't hear anyone in the store. Except the homeless looking man who apparently went in to use the bathroom or somethingand then walked back out a couple of minutes later and each time the door was opened a loud bell went off and still no employeeeven came up front. Stopped in for a sandwich, and honestly left impressed. Staff were very friendly and took their time to make my sandwich with... care. This subway has recently changed hands and unfortunately has went down hill. I ordered online and changed my pick up time to... almost an hour from the order time and when I got there it still was not ready. Not only was it not ready but there was also aline that I had to wait for since it was getting close to lunch time. The staff has changed recently and not for the better,apparently I was dealing with the manager. Any times I had ordered online in the past everything is always ready in a timelymanner. The lady who used to work there in the morning practically had my order memorized after ordering from her just a coupletimes. By the time I left there was also another online order that wasn't ready and people were getting out of line and leaving.Then the manager made me my sub and went on a break. Read more
