Staff has zero sense of urgency, slower than molasses in winter time. Standing around joking and talking while there?s a line to... the door of people, no mobile orders ready. It shouldn?t take almost 30 minutes for me to get one sandwich that i won?t evenhave time to eat before my lunch is over. Out of several items also. You have one job, do better.(: Read more

This place is horrible I really need to stop wasting my money but every time I feel maybe my food will be made right or be ready... in a reasonable time and sadly I?m always wrong. They need to be closed down. Read more

Always have a great experience here! Great worker concidereing nowadays no one wants to work. Also, they always get my order... correct. Very clean, and food always seems fresh. Appreciate you all, thank you! UPDATE! Place has gone down hill! We attemptedto try this location again since it's the closest to our home. They suck! Made my food wrong for pickup twice, fust time wrongsandwich, thank missing meat! They can careless. They did nothing to make things right, didn't even offer to remake oursandwiches. They also have the worst management I've ever encountered. She's ghetto, and soooo rude. How is this place stillstanding?? I've contacted corporate twice, they never responded. Customer service at this store is terrible. Placed a mobile order and we have been waiting nearly half an hour. They are taking... the few orders that came into the store and not worried about ours. When asked, we were told "walk in customers take priority."Why do you have a sign that says "Get the app, jump the line?" Read more

The best Subway I've visited. The staff is genuinely friendly and they give off a good vibe. They care about their work and it... shows. The sandwiches are fresh and the in-restaurant music is great (local 98.1 FM in the Springs). Read more
