8/31/22 10:30am Terrible customer service. Puts less than minimum - I know minimums - and when asked to add veggies, adds like 1... or 2 pieces irritatingly. Placed an online order with the subway app. Said ready for pick up at 9:30am. Hours on business door says 8am-10pm. However when... I pulled Up at 9:37am , the restaurant was closed. A lady approached on her cell phone with a terrible attitude, and said shedidn?t care what time is says they?re open. I asked How do I get my money back for my online order , she again gave moreattitude and said 10 mins? as she shut the restaurant door behind her. This place should seriously be shut down. Moldy food, disgusting customer service, and did NOT follow CDC guidelines during... covid. Went to pick up as a third party delivery driver some time ago for the main manager (the Indian lady) to tell me shecouldn?t ?hear me under that thing? (mask), even though she could hear me clear as day. Nor was she wearing a mask. Thisparticular manager I am 100% positive is what about 90% of the bad reviews derive from. She needs to go. I remember this samelady who worked at the academy and parkmoor village location. Always had a nasty attitude about extra toppings or evenrequesting a bag to hold your sandwich to go orders in. We went in at 7 pm and 07/18 no hi welcome to subway and lady was finishing an order and didn?t say she would be right with us... so we stood and waited. My husband got a hot sandwich and when he was about to sit down, she said the dining room closes at 6pmso the hot sandwich is cold now! No notice that dining closes at 6 either Thanks lady! Read more
Wow. Just wow. Sandwiches remain edible, which is good. But the customer service? Give me a break. Came in to order 3 sandwiches... take-out. No hello, welcome, etc. that you would expect from a CUSTOMER SERVICE job. "What do you want? Well, how manysandwiches am I making??" is how my daughter and I were greeted. I ask for extra olives, the lady puts two extra olives on my12" sandwich. Two. I still continue to ask for more, so she puts on another two olives. Two. When continuing to ask for extra, Iget, "Well, that's all I can give you." I said I am willing to be charged extra for extra toppings and I continue to get thesame response. Yikes. This lady must truly hate their job - I've had better customer service from teeny boppers atChuck-E-Cheese than what I had here. I feel super embarrassed for that branch manager when his or her paying customers aretreated like this. Do yourself a favor, spend the extra dollar or two and trek up to Jimmy John's or Jersey Mike's. Not onlyare their sandwiches better, but you'll deal with workers who are less likely to spit in your food if you weren't looking. Read more
I had a sub pick up scheduled around 8:10 pm. Store closing hours says 9 pm and I was there at 8:30 pm and they already closed... the door. Misleading store hours for sure and employee who was inside the store didn't even look at the door. After I called thenumber she received the call and finally after requesting 10 times and I mentioned that I already paid and I asked her If shecan give me sub or money back. She brought my item outside and I asked her you guys should change the store hours that is postedin the door. The moment I talked to her about store hours change, there was a guy in the truck at the parking lot argued with methat I don't have any right to talk about anything about the store and he even approached and tried to beat me. Had the rudest!! old lady be rude to my teenage sister all bc she wanted a little extra black olives. Her response to my sister... was well I will have to charge you extra and put maybe 6 olives on her foot long. HER NAME IS CAROL and I put it in all capsnice and big so she can read it since when she handed over the receipt with her name on it. she tells me here nice and big soshe can read it. I will be looking for the managers contact info because no paying customer should be made to feel the way wefelt today. Read more
