We ordered online and they did not get either mine or my husbands correct
Whoever responds to contact forms never got back to me. The app doesn't actually tell you the progress of the order it is just... counting down to the estimated time. Pointless. I have no idea how long my food was sitting while I waited outside for it to sayit was done, never did, and last time I came 5 minutes after it said they started making it and they hadn't even started when Iarrived. The progress meter needs to actually help or there's no point in the app. My sandwich was not warm at all from thetoasting. Read more
Sandwhich tasted good... the part I did eat. Half of the 12in sub has about a 7 inch strand of hair wedged deeper into the... sandwhich, in-between the veggies. Tried to call 3 times, within 30 minutes and my call would be "put to ignore" 2 of the 3times, the first time Subway just let it ring until I hung-up... Still haven't got a hold of them yet.
