Was worried worker was dead in the back for 20 minutes no one came and it was beyond hot enough to start a fire in there, I had... to prop front door open. I was extremely concerned when worker finally came from out back. I wanted to talk to manager, theworker said the conditions have been mentioned to management and the really don't care. Small off the beaten track location but that's the beauty. They take the time to make your order correctly. Fresh bread and... always have the freshest ingredients. They also do an amazing job on their delivery orders. Right next to MNY Liquor store andalso next to Club Q. Read more
Went to this location with my son last night (7/30), about 7:40 pm. Have 2 complaints. 1) one of our sandwiches was not what... was ordered, and 2) we were asked to leave at 8 pm although the sign on the door said store hours were until 10 pm. We wereeating in the restaurant at the time and not quite finished eating. Apparently (we were told) the "sandwich artist" wanted toclose the store early and go home. We will be going to a different Subway next time. Very sad, this used to be one of the bestSubways, not anymore apparently. Read more
The food at this subway is always delicious but...Last time I visited, I was shocked at the scorching temperatures in the... restaurant. Clearly over 100 degrees and stifling. The poor employee told me that the ac had broken off and on this summer. Howdare you subway, allow these poor people to work in that condition. You make millions off their backs and you can't give them anew ac unit. This is deplorable and a perfect example of your corporate greed. Read more
Foods great as usual but don?t stick to their open and closing schedule. It says on the door they close at 10-11. On the website... 9. I go in at 7:55 and it?s locked. Saw a man in there and decided to call. Didn?t answer. I called again and he picked up andsaid they close 7-8 depending on the day. Every time I come to this Subway it's always closed...during business hours. I understand stepping out to cool down for a break... but at least be available when customers show. Especially during the lunch hour. Today when I went there was even a Doordashertrying to pick up food. Not sure what's going on, if they're understaffed or what. Read more
I love this Subway and love the new menu. Staff is friendly and the quality of food is great.
