So I made an order at 7:30 pm tonight for lunch. I checked to see what time they close and everything. They close at 10pm on... Sunday and my lunch is at 9pm. So I placed an online order. At 9pm I arrived. The employee told me they were out of meatballswhich is what I ordered. He asked if I wanted something else and I said no thanks. I asked if needed to call someone for arefund of my money back to my card. Then magically they had meatballs and I had to wait for my pre ordered/ pre paided forsandwich. He said it would be 8 minutes to heat up the meatballs it was more like 20 minutes and my lunch is 30. If they wouldhave been honest and made the sandwich in the 1st placed or heck even stuck with the lie my time would not have been waisted.I'm still inside the Subway writing this while waiting for my sandwich btw. DO NOT EAT HERE. I have had two instances where my coworkers have gone there for lunch and discovered sulfur in their drinks.... And now just today, the coke I received from the drink fountain STUNK of sulfur. Upon trying to reach out and tell them aboutthe issue, all of my calls were ignored. If someone gets a drink and is unable to smell/taste the sulfur, it could easily landthem in the hospital or kill them. If you choose to eat here, don't get drinks from the drink fountain. If I wouldn't havechecked my drink, I could have easily fallen ill from the staffs negligence. Would rate 0 stars if I could. Read more
They dont know how to answer the phone and dont know how to make an Italian BMT. I have called over 5 times and no answer so i... can remedy the wrongly made sandwich. Had to drive 30min back to the store to get it remade. No apologies no nothing. Read more

The sandwiches are always good. However when I order online nobody ever seems to read my instructions except for today. The nice... lady who made my sandwich today made sure to put the lettuce in a container on the side. She was the only one to ever do it andI think she deserves recognition for paying attention. I wish I knew her name but it's not on my reciept. She is listed asserver 999997. Thank you seriously for making my order right.
