The lady behind the counter working is amazing. She was friendly and accurate with my order. She is doing the job of 2 people... with no help. She definitely deserves to be paid better if doing the work of 2 employees. She needs help if you can't findsomeone to help her than the franchisee should be going in to help her. I have gone here over the last few years because it's close. However, my girlfriend and I have had rotten food out of here a few... times. Today, I come in and sure enough, every cover is off every bin, and it's room temperature in there. Not one person in theplace, so it's not like they were just busy. So, I did tell the staff how unbelievably irresponsible it is to store food above42 degrees. As much as I love the sandwich, it's just not worth the gamble. Not very good service. I had a pickup order for a specific time, and had to wait when I got there since they had to change my... order because they were missing ingredients. I got a sandwich and a salad, but the salad had a LOT of rancid leaves. So much for"eat fresh" Read more

The gentleman working today went above and beyond. Their order was short, so they ran out of a few items. At first I was... disappointed because I wanted something specific, but he really did go above and beyond. He suggested alternatives, things hecould do to "make the order right", and was super friendly the whole time. To finish off the transaction, he separately wrappedeach half of the footlong sub that I purchased. That alone was a blessing in disguise because I had to eat while driving andthat made it so much easier. Its the little things that count when it comes to Customer Service - and the food was great whichis always a plus! There have been some questionable times at this location, however they really hold to the Customer Serviceside of things, and ALWAYS strive to make the order right and provide a friendly atmosphere. Just walked in to really pleasant staff but the reason for the two stars is the owners need to understand with a corporate... business you have to spend money to make money more then half of the sandwich makings were out and people were walking out dueto the short amount of things they had to make the sandwiches the poor staff was at loss with what to do but to basically sayonce we?re out of to much things were closing.
