I?ve given this location many chances because I want to like it so badly. It?s convenient, the employees are friendly, and the... service is fast. Unfortunately, the ingredient quality is just not there. The first time I tried this location, I ordered mysandwich toasted (which I prefer) and it was nearly charred. I didn?t eat it. I?ve learned to NEVER order a toasted sandwichhere and instead take it home to microwave. Unfortunately, the bread is often burnt before they even start making sandwiches.Attached are photos of two (untoasted) sandwiches. The bread is hard and bitter. While there may be a market for sandwiches likethis, I look forward to soft, flavorful, not burnt bread when I come to Subway. Go somewhere else. Read more
The little old ladies that were working. Were nice, but that's where the good experience ends. All 4 of the sandwiches that we... ordered were made to a mediocre levels. They clearly have cognitive issues at their ages. Being asked 5 times the kind of cheeseI wanted for one sandwich. Grabbing every kind of bread, but the one I wanted for another.... I have been to many Subway locations in Colorado Springs and have to say this is the best one I've been to! I have ordered... through the drive-through twice and both times have had such a pleasant experience. The employees are very kind and attentiveand our sandwiches are delicious! This Subway is definitely the one you should go to for your next meal! Read more
This Subway was ok, the individual working was by himself and he was struggling. When there are so many illnesses going around,... this individual did not get the hygiene/sanitary message. When working with people's foods and never knowing about allergies,oneshould always change gloves and don't touch your own clothes/body parts. Sandwiches where ok, just could of done without theconstant complaining of his fellow workers lack of help. A manager needs to step in and do some re-education...but like always,these are just my opinions. Read more

Was only my 2nd time going to this particular Subways and I must say the BEST ONE YET! Staff was friendly and funny both... occasions and I did go at 2 different times with different crew each time. So next time I feel like Subways even if it meansI'll have go out of my way to get a sandwich this will be my choice. Read more
