The menu pricing isn't correct. So when you order something, or can ring up drastically different. Workers said manager has to... change it. But as a consumer, you list your pricing at one point, then charge me almost 50% more than listed, that's wrong. Fixit or honor it. Read more
Letting someone bring their dog into the restaurant (not a service animal) is just gross. The dog was eating under the table and... drinking from a dish. Making a mess. Some people are allergic to dogs. Not to mention likely a health code violation. Would'vebeen totally different had it been a service animal. But someone's pet? Read more
This was the worst subway experience ever. As soon as you walk in, the worst rap music is baring over the speakers. No one was... at the front. I wanted for 10 minutes, then 2 workers finally walk in the front. Once they start to make my order. Anotherworker comes up to the front with sunglasses on and turns the music down to a dull roar. If I had had other options, I wouldhave taken them. Next time, I'll drive the extra 10 minutes to a decent subway. Read more
If I could give zero stars I would. Their bread is always dry, I doordashed this order paid $20 so I wouldn?t have to leave... home. Got this and took it in and they refused to remake it or issue a refund saying it?s because the bread was ?toasted?.Terrible location stick to the one on powers and space center. Read more

Went in to order food for the family, nobody in at the time. Ordered 6 foot longs and a child sandwich. By the time it came to... pay a few customers had come in. After being told we couldn't use coupons they rang up our order, took payment, and buried usout. The total didn't seem right so when we got home we looked over the receipt, which we had to ask for, and discovered we wereovercharged. We immediately called the store and was told there was nothing they could do because the manager was on vacation.We then decided to go back to the store at which point the boy whom told us the manager was on vacation his in the back. Ifthere isn't anyone at this store to rectify this issue then maybe the corporate office will. Read more
