Very rude and unprofessional store manager who is disrespectful to customers! Placed an online order for delivery on their... website. After an hour with no food or updates, I tried calling. Multiple calls, no one answered. I sent an email. After another30 minutes, my friend went to the store. Nicole, the store manager said their phones were down, but they had no record of theorder. My friend showed her the charge on the credit card for the order with the store number. Nicole said we could have madethat up and refused to do anything about it. Human resources replied to my email and said they were looking into it, but now 4hours after the order was placed, we obviously went elsewhere to get food. Read more
Got a meatball sub, picked it up and the bread completely fell apart from being soggy. Wasn?t toasted when instructed to be... which probably would?ve prevented this mess. It looks like a dog threw up on my wrapper. Read more
I would give this place a 0 rating if I could, but i went into this subway 20 min before closing with my 71 year old grandpa.... When we got in there they were cleaning which was fine with us. As we go up to get our sub this lady with blue or green dye hairtook care of us she was not very talkative never have been. So as we get our food we sit down to eat , just minding ourbusiness, started to get halfway thru our food and she was like we close in 5 min I was like okay we will eat as fast as wecan. No word from her she kinda got mad at us and walk off. Remember my grandpa 71 he can?t eat fast at all. So we stayed therea little bit longer and then we started to get done and she started to lock up the doors and just gave us a dirty look when westarted to walk out and hurried up and locked the door. We even said have a nice day she just looked at us and rolled her eyes.This is not the first time this happen there. The workers there are just not nice and have no customer skills at all. The onlybest subway around here is on Fillmore. They have really nice people and keep it clean there highly recommend there instead ofthis place. Read more

Went in on Sunday. "Hello?...Hello?" Office light is off, and there is clearly a man with his head on the desk. I keep calling... out to him as I'm asking my husband if we should call the Police.
