Very rude and unprofessional store manager who is disrespectful to customers! Placed an online order for delivery on their... website. After an hour with no food or updates, I tried calling. Multiple calls, no one answered. I sent an email. After another30 minutes, my friend went to the store. Nicole, the store manager said their phones were down, but they had no record of theorder. My friend showed her the charge on the credit card for the order with the store number. Nicole said we could have madethat up and refused to do anything about it.
