They don't seem to really want to wait on you here. Usually one person working the front while the others are in back doing ???... You stand out front waiting for them thinking they are busy in back only to realize they are just shooting the breeze. Then youhave to ask them to heat your meat while at 30th & Colorado( I feel is the best) they always ask you. I'm thinking managementneeds to train their employees better ???? and hire more friendlier people here that want to wait on the customers. Just my takeeverytime I've been there. Read more
The new sub series menu is great! Plus the staff there are great! And while they mayseem busy or crazy. They are trying to keep... the facility safe and clean all the time. Plus the staff be cracking jokes and having fun while Also calling out for each other. Read more

I stop in for lunch and I wanted to wash my hands before I ordered and It has a key code lock. That's fine. I asked one of the... employees for the code and he says " actually, the code will be on your receipt when you order something. What?!! I guesstreating customers like that is acceptable now. This Subway location is by far my go to just due to how the staff do they're job. Idk if they truly care about there work but... they do put effort into they're food. There sandwiches are much better tasting due to how well they are prepared thanks toworkers careful attention to portions. Always kind and welcoming. I go out of my way to visit this location over others. Read more
When ordered and got very little of what we wanted on our sandwiches. My friend ordered a large drink with hers she went to get... her soda and the employee said they what she had was a med drink cup and that the larger was behind the counter, so he grabs thea large cup and she was just going to port what she had in the medium cup into the large cup, then the employee decided he wouldjust take a dollor out of his tip jar gave it back and told us he has other customers to help and he walked away. We are verydisappointed in the overall service, and the quality of the food. Read more
