Super friendly people here especially Ardita. I had come from another location in the Springs that couldn't make my mobile... order. I'm so happy I went to this location instead and will continue to go here even though it's further from my house. I was alittle irritated the other location couldn't make my order, because now I was going to be late for work. But they more than madeup for it at the Union Starbucks. They even offered me a free pumpkin muffin for my troubles. Great customer service! Read more
I have such a pleasant experience every single time I come here. The store is always so clean and the girls working are always... so nice! And not like customer service nice, like genuinely extremely kind and upbeat. Everyone always has a good attitude andis so friendly and happy to make a suggestion if I don?t know what to order! This Starbucks always makes my drinks perfectly and their restrooms are clean. Today, I saw their winter reusable cup and their... employee totally sold me on it. It's such a pretty gold with a white iridescent lid, then the employee tells me that it changesto silver when hot. Ok SOLD, take my money!! I do love how they ensure to give me credit for using reusable cups each time. The$0.10 is negligible but the 25 bonus stars is where it's at! Read more
