The manager of this site obviously doesn't care about how he makes the drinks, I come in very regularly and he always makes my... drinks wrong somehow. I have no issues with the regular employees and they usually make my drinks perfectly, but the manageralways makes my drinks weak, not sweet enough, too sweet, or just incorrectly overall. I've had to bring drinks back before andI don't like doing it so I usually just deal with it, but it has been bad enough that I go back. I hope to see improvement. Read more

It took 15 minutes for three people behind the counter to make two frappuccinos. I also ordered a number of pastries, which... came individually wrapped in plastic like they were out of a vending machine. Everyone who tried the pastries also commentedthat they tasted like they came out of a vending machine. Conclusion: It is time Starbucks eyeball their newest transformationand change into a vending machine. They have expensive products, low quality, poor service. Drive thru employee was Awesome! I and yes it was my fault, accidentally didn't grab the bag with my croissant in it! And she... had one warming up already but me I was just going to pick up the one on the ground, it was in a bag, she brought a new warmedup croissant and not to worry about the one that I dropped! I ordered a Pink Drink and it tasted nothing like it usually does. It did not have the strawberries. It tasted like straight... syrup water. It was so sickeningly sweet I could not drink it. It was literally the shade of pepto bismol. Never again. I do notrecommend. Read more
