Faith is absolutely amazing. I was having a tough morning and she cheered me up while making a delicious drink. Her positivity... is infectious. I am only disappointed because I could not tip her. I ordered 2 Coffee Boxes (96oz of Black Coffee) The person working didn't know anything about them including how many people... they should serve or the size. I went in at 8:30am for a meeting at 9:00am. I was told that they would take 15 minutes toprepare which was fine. However I did not receive the coffee boxes until 10:00am. When I finally got them one was broken,leaking, and the lid was poorly taped together. I received no compensation for the inconvenience. If you are in a hurry or wouldlike things done on time in general I would not recommend going to this location. Read more

We normally have a great experience here when my husband and I come, but this morning there was a different girl, Faith,... working. She was rude and not friendly to either of us. I get that we all have bad days, but when you're in a customer orientedposition, you shouldn't project that onto your customers. Again, any other day it would have been 5???? but not this morning.
