When your customer orders, a Venti decaf espresso, Frappuccino with whip on top, add drizzle it does not mean to make it a... mocha, coffee, and then act as though the customer didn?t state exactly what they wanted? You know what open your ears becauseit was obvious that you made a mistake! I?ve ordered this multiple times I know exactly how to order it. Maybe you guys shouldlearn how to listen! They skipped my cup so I waited over 10 minutes (it wasn'tvery busy) & then had to remind them of my order. My cup was only 3/4... full with no toppings. I paid almost $6 for a PSL - SAD!!! Do better please ???? Read more

Starbucks has really declined in comfort and class, since covid. You now have to ask for a code to use their restrooms. Their... building is freezing and uncomfortable. They obviously, don't want customers inside. Read more

My experience this morning was one of the best encounters at any Starbucks location. Emma was kind, great to talk with and was... helpful when my order was incorrect (my fault on the ordering side).
