It's okay but it's no Dutch Bros. All their stuff tastes the same no matter what you get LOL disappointing.

They're often not open when they should be. My steamer was cold...and one of the ladies there is unbelievably rude. If you don't... order EXACTLY how a drink is made she will yell, "We aren't Dutch Bros!" I witnessed this a couple times. Just find another oneto go to. This isn't worth it. Not a great experience at all. Did not have anything to make any drinks other than the seasonal drinks. The cashier also thought... that the pin for a credit card was printed on the back of the card which blew my mind. Latte was super underwhelming and lackedflavor and desire. Barista was not friendly nor helpful in anyway. Would not recommend. Read more

I always come to this Starbucks. Usually everyone is very friendly and greets you with a smile. This morning when I came to... Starbucks they have a sign that says grab and go only. I asked the girl behind the counter if they were still doing coffee madeto order and she rolled her eyes and threw her hands up like it was a stupid question. I said oh ?I?m sorry your sign says graband go only so I was just confirming.? If you hate your job get a new one. Read more

Well, I ordered a coffee black and I got exactly what I ordered. The coffee wasn't tasty. I know this because the coffee was... boiling and I burned the roof of my mouth. The staff was nice. I don't know if I would go out of my way to come back to thisparticular location. Of I needed burnt coffee and I was in the area, I would come back. Read more

I come to this Starbucks 3-4 a week because it?s next door to my work. I?ve always had nothing but great experiences at... Starbucks nationwide - I?ve always received great customer service and for the most part always satisfied with my orders. Thatis until coming to this location. The customer service is far more poor then any other Starbucks location I?ve been to but evenmore disappointing is the quality of their drinks and food. I started to keep track of all the times they have messed up myorder. I order the same thing every single day never does it change and 11 times in a row they have given me the wrong drink ormade my very basic drink incorrectly. 11 times in a row I?ve had to sit and wait for them to re-make my drink because theydidn?t do it correctly to begin with. Then the staff gets mad at the customer for their mess-ups giving me attitude because theyhave to remake it. Last month there was a total of 16 times that they gave me the wrong drink - 16 times just in January. I hategoing to this location and will leave work to travel to the next closest Starbucks versus having to waist my time waiting on mydrink to be remade while the employee gives me attitude for wanting the actual drink I ordered and paid for versus whateverdrink they wanted to give me.
