This Starbucks always disappoints me. The baristas never know how to make the drinks right, my iced shaken espresso is made... wrong 8/10 times and my shots taste dead in other drinks I order. They are always out of things that are in season and theircustomer connection is sub par at best. I used to really like this store but it?s gone downhill recently. If you don?t ordersomething as is off the menu, they will likely screw up and modifications you ask for. Read more
I've had issues with this Starbucks in the past but it seems to just be steadily declining. I ordered a Grande Vanilla Creme and... when I opened the lid, the drink was 1.5 to 2 inches below the lip of the cup. I get leaving room for whipped cream but this waswell beyond that. I should have just ordered a Tall instead of paying more money to recieve a larger cup with the same amount ofliquid in it. Read more
Got iced coffee, it was cold delicious and crafted beautifully all just like Starbucks should be. this location seems to have... better trained baristas than other ones that I have been to around the area. I'd recommend going to this freestanding store thanone of the ones that are inside of another shopping center. Read more

This is my favorite Starbucks in Colorado Springs and I'll tell you why. Every employee I have ever dealt with is courteous,... friendly and accommodating! When I walk in I am greeted like a friend ???? It just makes my day to have little chats with themabout our day or our dogs ???? Read more
Ordered online to pick up at the drive thru. There were like 4 or 5 cars in front of me but it went very quickly. Super friendly... employees with big smiles and wonderful greetings. I only go to Starbucks maybe once every two months or so but will definitelyuse this one again. Read more
I don't know if it's just me, but it's kind of like gambling when going to Starbucks these days. Will the drink be made right?... 50/50 chance. Will they have fruit inclusions for refreshers? Depends on the day. Will they even have the ingredients to makeyour intended drink? Possibly not, so check the app before heading over. Will your drink be ready when the app says it will be?Probably not, or it will have been prepared ahead of time and your ice is already melted. But every once in a blue moon, you'llactually get a drink that's made right, and if you're extra lucky, the batista might even smile at you as they as if you want astraw.. but don't count on it. Ordered on the app to pick up on my drive to work. When I get there I waited 5 minutes. I ask about my order and apparently... someone else had picked up my order. I didn?t have time to wait for my order to made again so I had to leave empty handed. Idkwhy they can?t take 30 seconds to check who is picking up. Read more
