Soooooo?. It takes a lot for me to leave a really negative review, but I was really unhappy with the service at this Starbucks... in Target. I ordered a large English breakfast tea with milk. I said I did not want the milk steamed. When I received my drinkit was cold. I asked the barista if she could warm it up. She said she could not warm it up and gave me half a small cup of hotwater. I told her it was very cold and the hot water would not fix it. She responded, with an attitude and said you ordered ithalf tea and half milk and you didn?t want the milk steamed? it?s going to be cold. I told her I did not order it half and half,I just asked for milk. I got a little annoyed because while I realized the cashier could have misunderstood me, there was noreason for the attitude. Eventually, she asked me if I wanted her to make my tea again and I said yes. My second cup of tea waslet?s say mediocre at best. A large tea comes with two teabags. Mine did not. I asked a second tea bag and we both looked atthe empty carton tea hanging on the wall. With her now commonplace attitude she told me to wait while she got some more tea. When she returned with the tea she asked me if I wanted her to make the tea again or if I just wanted the tea bag. I told her Iwould just take it and add it to my tea myself. I am deliberately not mentioning the barista?s name. I respect people who workin the service industry and frankly I do not think I could do their job. However, the barista definitely made my large tea withone tea bag hoping I wouldn?t notice. For a person like me who takes their tea seriously, it makes a difference. Poor attitudeand service. Read more

I had a great experience today with the baristas going above and beyond in their customer service! A noticeable trend of bad... customer service is happening at a lot of companies. Today gave me hope that not all is lost! Read more

I ordered my coffee after I did my shopping at Target today. I can?t believe how rude both baristas were. The one that took my... order was not friendly and seemed irritated that I could not hear her or understand her when she was talking to me. The baristathat was making my coffee put one of my drinks on the counter without saying who it was for or what it was. Another customerwas also waiting for her drinks so I asked her what the drink was. She very rudely said what it was and then got my otherdrink. I asked for stoppers and she acted put out that I would ?bother? her. I won?t be patronizing this Starbucks again. I?ll gladly drive a couple of miles down the street to get my coffee. I?m appreciated there and am thanked for my businessunlike this Starbucks inside the Target on Bloomington. Terrible! Read more

I come here weekly since I work nearby and always have a good experience. Just wanted to leave a review today about the young... barista guy with white hair. It was pouring rain and I couldn't find any umbrellas for sale in Target, so he gave me a piece ofcardboard to use as an umbrella so I could run back to work ???? thank you! Read more

Tabitha is literally the nicest Starbucks worker I have ever met. She was kind and courteous, even though the store was quite... busy at the time. The service was fast and the coffee was delicious! The Starbucks was clean and nice, but Tabitha is really thething that put this Starbucks over the top ?? Read more

EVERY single time I get coffee here, they screw it up. I prefer the taste of coconut milk in my drinks, and can tell the... difference when it?s not used. I?ve had it made with both alternative and regular milk, several times. When I call them on it,I?m told ?Oh, No! We?d never screw that up!? Except I?ve stood there and watched it. Sometimes they put whip on/whip not on whenI ask the opposite. I?ve stopped getting my lactose intolerant husband coffee at this location. I seriously hate asking someoneif they did their job right every time they hand over my drink. DO NOT TRUST THEM Read more

Last week I watched as a Target employee asked the barista to warm their food from home in Starbuck's toaster oven that they use... for warming pastries and breakfasts. I didn't think much of it at first until I realized how unsanitary and dangerous this typeof behavior could be. I reached out on Twitter to Starbucks and Target and both talked sternly about opposing the behavior butno evidence of a follow through. This is unacceptable. The reason people go to big corporations is because there is aninternational standard, where my experience "here" will the same as my experience "there." Why would I pay the premium forStarbucks when greasy gas stations across the street have a better attention to detail and customer care and health? I willnever return to this Starbucks because I highly doubt that their toaster oven is the only corner they cut. Read more
