I asked for a simple drink. Almond Chai, no foam, extra hot. I got the Almond Chai part...full of foam and room temperature. I... stood at the counter for a good 5 minutes after they handed me my drink, so I could ask them to make it correctly - and not oneperson even made eye contact with me. Standing there. I attempted to order a large iced vanilla chai latte without ice. Bianca tells me "I'm not allowed to give you no ice, I can... give you light ice". I said "you can, I've had it here before." She says "Its not offered here". I said "it is, it comes outcold already, all you have to do is mix it up, you know what never mind I'll go to the other one.
