Went into today to redeem free coffee ordered it and she said it was invalid and showed her on the app that the points where 50... and that?s what the app said was required. She said you have to go to a ?standalone Starbucks? otherwise it?s 150 here. Crappy service - the most stuck-up millionials I have ever seen
Just left this place extremely pissed off. Ony one waiting to order and had to wait over 5 minutes because the employees were... talking around the corner and didnt even notice me. Finally Brandon took my order, took my money, then proceeded to take someoneelses order who came in after me. No big deal, except he got her food and drink before even starting mine! I have recently moved to Colorado. And I am surprised to see that this Starbucks has received so many negative reviews. If you... want to see unfriendly, stuck up snowflake baristas, I suggest you go to California. The crew that I observed at this locationALL we're hardworking and ALL we're friendly and customer focused. Coming from an era where you could go to a tabletop counterand order a nickel cup of coffee to seeing a cup of coffee be over $5 I think people need to get a perspective on what exactlythe services that they are looking for.
