Absolutely 5 stars. Will come again! The staff/ service was incredible. The moment I walked in the door I was greeted with a... smile and hello, and each barista was friendly and welcoming throughout my whole visit, which was during their morningrush. I sent my child in to this location to buy snacks while I waited and watched from outside, to build confidence with handling... money and ordering food from a stranger. The cashier received the $50 bill and provided change as though it had been a $20bill. Then, on a second trip in the store moments later, accompanied this time by an adult, the store manager was involved. The cashier in question asserted he had provided the correct change as he was adamant that he had been handed a $20 bill. However, with the manager's involvement through opening the money drawer, it was confirmed that the original money provided wasa $50 bill. The manager corrected the change. How does one rate their experience with an organization which was soured by asingle employee? You would like to believe that an honest mistake was made at the onset. However, with the cashier given asecond chance, and adamant that a $20 bill was originally provided, one has to consider what this story actually looks like: that the cashier seized an opportunity to take advantage of and defraud a child, possibly intending to pocket the difference of$30 for himself. Multiple lessons were learned through this experience. I'm grateful that the manager corrected the change andshowed my child that there are decent people out in the world. I'll assume that the cashier's actions were dealt with inaccordance with company policy, however, I'll likely never know as I'm certain I will not be returning to this location. Read more

I came in the other day to try Starbucks coffee for the first time, and the place was super cute. A person working there who had... light purple hair made me the most delicious and pretty mocha cookie crumble frappe. They were able to get it out quickly whilealso keeping good quality, so it looked and tasted great :) Read more

Yesterday I went to this location and got my drink made by a barista named Brooke. She was really nice and reassured me my... favorite holiday drink will be coming soon. After hanging out in the lobby I noticed her manager took her off bar and probablyjust scolded her, I felt bad because I can tell she was frustrated. I always see Brooke open and never see the manager do it,Sometimes I can tell the baristas are not being praised enough and just being stressed out. Maybe if the managers praised theirhuman baristas there wouldn't be such a bad stigma about Starbucks not taking care of there baristas. Whenever I visit I want totell the manager to take a chill pill. Be nice to your opening baristas! Read more

Every time I have ordered a drink on the mobile app, it is 15 minutes behind schedule. Once, I ordered at 07:20, had my estimate... for 07:35, and even arrived at 10 minutes later and it still wasn?t ready, and when I asked where my drink was they told methere wasn?t even a ticket for it yet. It took almost 30 minutes to make one drink. So, I would suggest another Starbucks or toorder and know it will take 15-25 minutes longer than expected. Read more
