Maybe put your no seating signs so they can be seen before someone sits down. Maybe removing the chairs would be a good idea.

Just ordered a hot drink from there and watched the lady preparing my drink take the rag that they wipe their cream steamer knob... with and wipe the sink and all the counters and her arm and then put it back into the tray to wipe the steam cleaner with again. Read more

This might have been the worst starbucks visit we have ever had. My wife ordered an iced coffee with 6 honey packets. She made... it clear that you must stir in the honey packets when you add the extra shots. If this is not done the honey doesn't dissolve.The coffee cam out and it wasn't dissolved in right. We then asked to have it remade. When doing this the gentleman added tabwater to the drink saying that it would help mix in the honey. We told him this will only water done the drink..... clearlygetting frustrated he dumped out the drink and said. Ok I will remake it again... after remaking it again wrong for a third timehe said here you go ma'm I did my best it might not be perfect but have a nice day. I can't say enough how terrible of servicewe received. He didn't take care of us how he should have. We pay good money at starbucks and it isn't a huge thing to ask foryour drink to be made correctly. They simply do not understand that honey needs to be stirred longer. The lady next to me gotraw sugar that wasn't stirred in correctly. The worst part about all of this is we are always told they are aware of how to stirin honey..... they almost never do it correctly. I usually don't care for Starbucks but my daughter really wanted to use her money and go there. We had the absolute best... customer experience that we've had in just about any place of business in a very long time. The barista, Tim, was pleasant,happy, funny, and joyful. He gave each customer undivided attention, talked with them, and made the experience of buying abeverage feel like we were rock stars. I saw him with the people in line before us, as well as after us, and he treatedcustomers of all ages and demographics the same as equally important and valued. Any business, who is fortunate to haveemployees like Tim represent them are providing customers a fantastic experience who will come back time and time again! My 14year Old and I talked about what a treat it was to be around someone who spreads joy and lights up the world.
