Completely messed up my coffee order. Burnt tasting espresso , burnt tasting coffee. I get it. You are one girl working because... your manager called out. But if I am going to soend 17 dollars for two coffees, I want to enjoy it and not make coffee at homebecause this was horrendous. So bad we went opened up the moving box found the coffee machine, went to 7-11 to get the creamerand ingdedients and came home. Read more
My favorite drink of late is the Nitro brew with sweet cream. Not all the Starbucks have the Nitro brew and so I was pleased to... find that even though this was a Starbucks in a grocery store, they did have it. :) Read more
I went in to get my free birthday drink and they were extremely rude and would not give it to me because apparently the barcode... didn?t work. I was looking forward to it and instead walked out crying. The barista was a older woman with black hair. Thanksfor putting a damper on my day. UPDATE: I went to a different Starbucks location and they felt so bad, they gave me two freedrinks. I will never be back to this Starbucks and will also be calling customer service to report this woman. Read more
Normally love Starbucks BUT this time I had to wait till the chatting was over between employees for over ten minutes. Had a... busy schedule today, and in a walker/electric cart so I didn't appreciate the wait. 99% of the time service is excellent,courteous and very professionalional. Read more
Horrible service. I stood in line for over 3 minutes - as is commonly known, in customer service time, that?s too long of a wait... to not be acknowledged. I waited a long time for my coffee and sandwich because a brand new worker, on her second day, was left behind the counter... without help. When she finally got her more experience worker to come back, she went on a personal phone call and did not assisther. I was left waiting for 15 minutes while we both waited for help. The more experienced worker finally came and was veryrude. My sandwich was burnt and cold and my coffee did not taste right. I ended up dumping my coffee. The customer service here is impeccable. I have been to many Starbucks across the city and the one where the baristas make the... best coffee is right here in a Safeway. The flavor of my pumpkin creme cold brew far outmatched the flavor of every otherStarbucks location I've visited in CO Springs. The kind of pure flavor that makes you go "Ahhhhh" after the first sip. This isofficially my go to now. Highly recommend this location if you want your morning coffee to be perfection. Read more
