I was having the worst night Saturday 10/15/2022 (TO TOP IT OFF I REALIZED I LOST MY DEBIT CARD... after ordering around... 9:30/10pm from the drive through) I was about $2.00 short on my order ... The SWEETEST, KINDEST, FEMALE EMPLOYEE WITH LONGBLACK HAIR noticed the tears welling up in my eyes, as I realized I'd need to scrounge for change... even though there wasn't asingle person I'd be holding up the line for, she personally paid the difference for me and gunienly wished me a betternight. I hope this gets passed on to her, I would like to say girl thank you so much! Your kindness really helped me out thatnight! It's people who work in the service industry, who have the ability to change people's lives without recognizing orrealization. So I'm posting so much detail in hopes that MANGEMENT can be aware of what a wonderful employee they have onstaff, and recognize her professionally. Who would serve this to their customers? Old grease creates this dark brown crust and there is no pickle leftover in these... pickle fry pieces. Not even a whole order. Will never be back. Called corporate. Read more
Always out of something and make you wait long periods for cold food still and wrong order! They offered a free meal I didn't... even go back to get it because the customer service horrible. Always a bunch of kids inside playing around. Time before theysign said they ran out of food why yall open it was 10 o'clock! Just don't. Their microphone is broken. Asked for extra lettuce not extra bad lettuce. Also missed the mustard and other... things. Fries cold. I wish I didn't have to drive to another sonic because my closest us garbage. I'm a fat man and I've beenhere 100s of times over the years. It keeps going downhill. We only asked for a hot fudge sundae with nuts. The whip cream and cherry were missing when we got it. We didn't complain about... that buy we did ask for an extra spoon and some napkins which the server should have brought in the first place. Sadly we nevergot the extra spoon or napkins. We won't be back since we doubt the workers actually care. Read more
Placed an order after 15 minutes of waiting and waited another 30 minutes after said bringing our order we are told to go thru... drive thru cuz stall was closed. After dealing all that we are given wrong order and finally got our order it was brought outcold, burnt, and did not have the stuff ordered and paid extra for. They don?t want to answer the stalls or anything this placeis ridiculous. If wasn?t for using the only money we had I would have left and went somewhere else. Read more
Have gone to this Sonic several times recently because it?s near my house where we just moved. Every time I?ve tried to order... onion rings, they never have any. Once I was told they had run out for the day. I accepted that since it was about 6:30pm, maybethey had a lot of onion ring orders that day. The next time I went was around 2pm and again no onion rings. This time the girlsaid they didn?t have any because no one knows how to make them. Seriously?? This is ridiculous! Onion rings are a very big partof the sonic menu. Why is there a different excuse every time? And if no one actually knows how to make them, why isn?t someonecoming to this location to train the employees?? Judging by all the horrible reviews, something needs to happen here. Not surewhy corporate isn?t looking into this. Manager seems not to care that the employees are not doing their jobs correctly. Theyshould be there training and working with them everyday until the crew can run smoothly on their own. They are clearly not atthat point and should not be left alone to run the restaurant! Been here 3 times and never a good experience. One time it took 45 minutes to get a large slush. All I got was a sorry I am the... new manager. This time I ordered 5 piece chicken tender and large mozzarella sticks. They sure charged me the right amount, butI got 4 mozzarella sticks, half of what it was supposed to. And she dropped the bag on the ground when she delivered it and 1chicken tender fell out and the sauces. She picked the bag up and left everything else on the ground and said I am sorry and raninside with no other words said and no correction of the order. Tear this down and put a Dutch bros in please.
