When we pulled into a drive up spot and pressed the button, they came on and said they were short staffed and that only drive... through was open. Everyone is short staffed and I completely empathize with the struggle, but management should post sings inthe drive in spots so we don't waste more of our time and yours waiting for you to answer the button. 3 different Times now. No indication the store was closed. Today came no one answers the drive threw. Drove to the window to... see 3 employees walking and talking around. No one addressed me at the window but stared at me. I drove off to go toMcDonald?s instead. Best choice I could of made. I don?t know why I keep coming here. During Covid the lady used her hands toput ice in cup I demanded she threw it out and watched her do so. I refused to let the car behind me get a drink she touchedwon?t her hands on the ice. Since I won?t accept a drink not made in front of me. That?s just gross ! Manager should block thedrive threw if they are closed ! This store should close. I love Sonic but the last six, repeat six, times I have been there I have not been able to get... anything. Something is always broken. Today was the second time I was told "we are only able to serve drinks today". Basicallyevery time (6) there has been some reason they have been unable to serve. No more! I will not go there again. This is by far the worst Sonic in the entire chain and it?s not even close. My sole experience with this location was ordering... on the mobile app and going to a stall as instructed, entering into the app what stall I?m waiting at. Then 20 minutes laterhaving a staff member come to my car from the store to tell me that stall service was cancelled for the day and all orders mustbe picked up at drive through which at that time had 15 cars in it. This was going to be another 30-40 minute wait. Sonic isn?tworth an hour wait. Then to get my refund for the food I paid for but never received was a huge task that took multiple phonecalls and emails. Not only will I never go to this location again, I?m doubtful I?ll ever to go any Sonic again. Read more

My tots are great. Ordered the chicken sandwich, which is supposed to come with lettuce and tomato. Mine only had onion and... pickle and doesn't really look like chicken. Chili dog is dry and slushy is not very slushy. Barely any ice in it. Read more

I love sonic, but this location is so disappointing. It's my fault that I keep giving it a chance every 6or 8 months but... nothing changes. You'll sit at a bay and never get called on, so you go through the drive through and let them know their baysmight not be working and they confirm they do work. Mind you, there were 4 cars total so they weren't very busy so to not evenacknowledge anybody. They had no apologies or sympathy, or any customer service. Read more

We came around 9:40 to just get a small drink, but we were told that they closed at 9:30 by a lady and wouldn?t even let us ask... why. She just quickly told us goodnight and left it at that, and it was odd because there were people eating out front. Wouldnever come back again Read more
