when i asked for marinara and ranch sauce for my mozzarella sticks i received lots of attitude from the worker. she stated that... it should automatically come with the food. when i got my food, i didn?t get either sauces so when i asked again for it sherolled her eyes and only gave me marinara sauce. if i?m spending almost $50 for food and drinks, the least the workers can do isget me what i asked for. and not to mention the worker had headphones in while working the window. i?m extremely disappointed inthe customer service. Literally the slowest service ever I ordered in the drive-through and then I sat behind the car waiting for 10 minutes before I... got to pull up to the window and then it took another 2 minutes for me to get my food after waiting 10 minutes already. I wasliterally in the drive-through for 12 minutes for a pretzel and a strawberry limeade. To the owner of this sonic I went backover a year of complaints about your restaurant being slow and all you do is apologize for the wait but it seems like you havedone nothing to increase the time and speed and convenience of your restaurant. will not be returning Read more
I do believe this is the slowest Sonic in the world. It takes 30 minutes just to get drinks. Every time I go, it?s this way.... You?re faster driving to another location. Want to order ahead on the app to save time? Good Luck! They?ve got that shut off 75%of the time. Read more
Pulled up today after trying several times trying to order with the online app. The girl at the speaker could hardly understand... me and asked me to repeat my self several times. She finally gave up after asking a couple easy questions and said she needed toget her manager. The manager, and I?m sorry I did not get her name, started talking to me over the speaker and I told her I washaving trouble with the app order. She said I?ll be right out to help you. Within seconds she arrived. She could tell I wasseriously trying to order my food online and made my whole order complete even though one of the items she had to special makewith no way to key in the order on her end and gave me the app discounts. This particular Sonic seems constantly short staffed. More often than not the stalls are closed and they're only taking business... through the drive through. They also turn off mobile ordering fairly often which immediately deters me from wanting to order,and also means no half priced drinks at any time. The food tastes the same as any other Sonic location, this particular onejust has poor service most of the time. Read more
I went to sonic at around 10:30 at night, I wasn't expecting much since it was 30 minutes until close but I was told they were... only serving drinks, no problem. I ordered my drinks but I was able to hear the conversation between the customer behind me andthe lady who had just taken my order, and they were ordering chicken tenders and fries, may i add the lady didn't have a problemwith getting them their food. While the product is normally really good and correct this is one of the slowest sonics I have ever been to. They clear the... screen to make their times look good on paper meanwhile it said my car hop was on the way with my order 9 minutes ago and I haveseen 4 other orders get delivered in that time. Management needs to retrain employees and maybe work on improving real times, sothey can be good for real instead of just on paper. Read more
Went here for m6 once a month treat out and was very disappointed. Ordered a chicken tender meal to only get three little tiny... pieces of chicken strips that were cold and tasted old. Fries were not good and tasted stale. The only good thing there wasthere ocean water. Everything else was super disappointing. When we went through the drive through we could barely hear theperson taking our order because they were blasting music so loud from inside the sonic that they couldn't hear us and wecouldn't hear them. I found it extremely unprofessional and rude. Also being pregnant I don't eat out much and so when I do Iwould at least like my food hot and fresh, to get the food I asked for and paid for and for their to be good customer service. Read more
