Always something over cooked??? Either popcorn chicken or chicken strips or both at single visits. Be careful not to complain.... Showing proof of over cooked chicken not enough. Suggested we wanted to give our kids uncooked chicken! No.... Just nothard/dark chicken with no meat inside.... (Austin Bluffs location) Took 30 minutes in person to (discuss) and get betterchicken????? They ultimately fixed it. Really not fun at dinner time to load up the kids to return it..... Very dissapointed eating here. The Cheeseburger I had was " Sloppy" and thrown together. Lately the quality of beef is not as... good as Sonic 5 years ago in general. The drinks and ice cream is still good. The hot dog I had the second visit had a nastyconsistency. Substandard as well. Very rubbery. I hated it. The waitstaff was terrific which I gave an extra star too. Plus,there are no bathrooms there. Read more
Changed prices, even tho the menu prices hadn't been changed yet. ???? Chicken strips listed for 5 piece 5.99 and went to... 8.10!!! Refused to honor prices LISTED on the menu. Done with sonic for good. $35 total JUST for 20 tiny chicken strips. Nosides or drinks. I'll take us out to eat next time. Read more
We usually come for dinner/lunch. We never usually have an issue with our orders. Occasionally we have a little mix ups here and... there but I will leave that due to it being busy and people being scrambled. I've worked in fast food I get it. We love the foodand the staff is friendly. Read more
The evening staff is rude. I went there and was charged $21 for a drink and mozzarella sticks, when I asked my receipt she told... me they were out of paper and couldn?t but assured me the price was correct. She didn?t give me any sauce or a straw claimingthey were out as well. I literally saw her hand straws to the people in front of us. Read more
Horrible experience. All I ordered was two Dr. Peppers. There were maybe 5 cars max there. Once the screen said on the way we... waited 10 minutes and had to remind them of my order then waited 5 more minutes until it came out. One was supposed to have realcream however there was NO Dr. Pepper in the drink ONLY CREAM. the other Dr. pepper was supposed to have vanilla but not sure itdid as it just tasted like carbonated water with a little Dr Pepper flavoring. Not even worth bringing up because we hate to bethe people who complain about everything plus potentially waiting another 15-20 minutes. So 13 dollars and 35 minutes later I?mleaving target wit a couple bottles of dr. Pepper to get my fix. Good thing drinks aren?t your specialty. Update: 3 hourslater after obviously not drinking the drink my cup holders are now full of the cream that was once in the cup via a hole thatluckily came in the bottom. Response from owner: ?if you haven?t already wasted enough of your own time please go out of yourway to do my job for me and file a report even after you took the time to write this review. Pretty good Sonic and in a good location. Once I got a place to park things were pretty good. For some reason there were a lot... of parking spots closed off but might be construction or a project going on. Food was good and fresh. The guy who brought myorder out did good. Had to wait a while on the food but it was lunch time so longer lines are to be expected. Would come back. Read more
Was really wanting to get ice cream but they are cleaning their ice cream machines at 8:30 pm. That doesn?t make sense to me to... clean machines at night when that is a popular time to get ice cream. Why not clean the machines when you close? Do bettersonic. Read more
