Always something over cooked??? Either popcorn chicken or chicken strips or both at single visits. Be careful not to complain.... Showing proof of over cooked chicken not enough. Suggested we wanted to give our kids uncooked chicken! No.... Just nothard/dark chicken with no meat inside.... (Austin Bluffs location) Took 30 minutes in person to (discuss) and get betterchicken????? They ultimately fixed it. Really not fun at dinner time to load up the kids to return it..... Suggestion: Don'thang up on the customer. No cussing involved just frustration on the customers side.. Read more
Very dissapointed eating here. The Cheeseburger I had was " Sloppy" and thrown together. Lately the quality of beef is not as... good as Sonic 5 years ago in general. The drinks and ice cream is still good. The hot dog I had the second visit had a nastyconsistency. Substandard as well. Very rubbery. I hated it. Changed prices, even tho the menu prices hadn't been changed yet. ???? Chicken strips listed for 5 piece 5.99 and went to... 8.10!!! Refused to honor prices LISTED on the menu. Done with sonic for good. $35 total JUST for 20 tiny chicken strips. Nosides or drinks. I'll take us out to eat next time. Read more
We usually come for dinner/lunch. We never usually have an issue with our orders. Occasionally we have a little mix ups here and... there but I will leave that due to it being busy and people being scrambled. I've worked in fast food I get it. We love the foodand the staff is friendly. Read more
