Waited for for 10 minutes at a stall to no answer, came through the drive through for a single pretzel and waited for over 30... minutes. Absolute bull. I understand if things are busy, or fresh food is being made. But 30+ minutes for a single pretzel(cheese was also forgotten) is BEYOND me. I had to go up to the food station and ask why I haven?t received MY food. I Do NOTrecommend this location. Make the trip somewhere else, it?ll be worth the time in the end. Read more

i have & will continue to drive past several other Sonic locations JUST to get to THiS ONE. the main reason being that it takes... me less time to drive there from all the way across town than it does to sit & wait for my mobile order to be produced at anyother location in town. every single one of my mobile orders has been ready at the time that i selected when placing my orderon the app & everything was fresh when it got to me. all staff members have been friendly, courteous & professional. i've neverhad to press the red button again AFTER receiving my order to request things that should have already been included (napkins,spoons, straws, dipping sauces, etc). & it's very evident that they actually take their time to ensure they get everythingright.. the first time. i've worked in customer service for 15+ years, so i am VERY understanding & forgiving when it comes tocertain mistakes being made or some people's attitudes/personalities, but i can honestly say that i haven't been impressed inthe slightest with any other Sonic location. decent customer service seems to be a thing of the past, so i applaud THiS locationfor raising the bar & setting an example of what GREAT customer service actually looks like & entails ???????????????? Very slow, and it seemed like everyone including us received the wrong orders all at the same time. Then they tried to blame us... for typing the wrong thing on the app! We showed him that our order was selected correctly on the app, and *only then* did theygive us new food? He could have checked the receipt in their system but instead he blamed us first? so we left with half of ourorder still wrong (incorrect drinks). Our worst Sonic experience by far! This isn?t a one-time thing. Every time we?ve gone tothis location, something is wrong. They never offered a refund either, just said they would get it right next time? Read more

Good food and an extremely dysfunctional staff. Ordered a meal for my team of contractors yesterday and arrived 25 mins out to... the job site to discover mozzarella sticks and grilled cheese instead of burgers and fries. No biggie, simple mix up. Spoke tothe manager and she advised they would make it right.. just bring my receipt. Came back and placed an identical order with onenot having tomatoes and the other plain. Got my order and saw no fries and all toppings on everything. One of the drinks waswrong as well, but at this point I didn?t bother to mention, figuring I was in for enough spit in my food already ???? 38minutes in and the order was made right. Nice staff, but critical thinking seems to be at an all time low ???? Read more

Placed my order of Popcorn Chicken at 11:55. Nothing else. Took about 20 minutes for me to get my food. No apology about the... wait or anything. It just seems all Sonics in town have gotten this bad. I should of just gotten something to eat at the Kum NGo next to this Sonic. Read more

Got a chicken tenders dinner tonight, and instead of chicken I got bits of black and incredibly tough and overcooked chicken -... absolutely inedible. I'm not sure why they thought they could even serve it - it was just horrible. This is our usual place butafter the past few experiences (the last time I ordered chicken is was burnt, but at least somewhat edible), I would say theyhave been taken off our list of places to go.
