I had a coupon on my app for half price blast. I ordered it on the app. When I got there they told me the machine was not... working. And they said they couldn't give me any kind of coupon, so I couldn't get another blast at half price later on. Whichmeans I lost my chance at a 1/2 price blast on the app. They acted like they didn't care. Read more

We didn't even get a chance to order. Store hours said it closed at 11pm. We were at the red button just after 10pm. The... employees shut off the screen and all the lights right as we were trying to order. I understand closing early, but at least havethe decency to let us know that you are no longer taking orders. We painstakingly made it across town, on time, to order. As wewere collecting ourselves to order efficiently as to decrease any chance of miscommunication, which this location is known for,the screen was turned off and we weren't even given the chance to order. There are better Sonics in town. Don't waste your time. Read more

If something happens once it's okay if something happens twice okay I give you the benefit of the doubt... every single time I... come to this location it's at least a 15 to 20 minute wait today I actually had to call them on the intercom again because ittook 20 minutes to make five drinks, I had to leave and ended up leaving the drinks there because I couldn't wait any longer... I worked at Sonic in high school I know it takes less than 3 minutes to make the drinks that I wanted ...I understand ifyou're understaffed but hire more people or you will lose all of your business if you're on a time crunch don't come here if youhave a whole day to wait for your food this is the place for you ... 2 thumbs way down... Although appropriately decorated for Halloween, we came to this sonic hoping to order ahead on the app, but upon arrival we... found the online app was turned off and they were only allowing for drinks (no food). Since the app was off, we even asked forthe online price (half off-always happy hour), but they would not honor that. Quick service but still unhappy with where thisis going. Read more

I ordered via the APP. Told them immediately what stall I was in. After like 15 minutes screen at stall shows my food is... coming... during all this multiple employees have been outside standing and yapping and on breaks smoking. I finally pull upthe number and call. The chic who was suppose to bring my stuff out shows up with just a bag. I say that's only part of my orderand she states oh our lemonade machine is broke and in over 30 minutes not a single one of you can call me on the box or walkout and say we can't do the drinks you request would you like something else. You ha e wasted my time... you people have ZEROAND I mean ZERO RESPECT nor CONSIDERATION about my time waiting. Read more

My partner and I come to this location often and we have come to expect disappointment. It is inevitable that one, if not both,... of our orders will be wrong. We have also found ourselves frequently waiting long periods of time for our orders. We aren?t thatpicky and understand that things happen so we just accept what we are given and move on most of the time. I recently downloadedthe app in an effort to save everyone some time and we have placed an order on it before hand. I was disappointed at that timeto have ordered something on the app only to discover it was not in stock at the time I had to order something else anyways. Butwe gave it another shot this time. Another thing to mention is that the app suggests tipping which sparked a debate over whetheror not tipping was expected or needed at an establishment like this. Well this time we placed an order on the app and it wentthrough and we were sitting in our car for about 15 minutes when suddenly an employee comes out and shouts that unfortunatelythey are closed for the night. There were a few cars here and they were asked what we should do if we have already ordered andpaid. Confused, they ask to see our order numbers which we provide. I am also confused as to why they are closing almost twohours early, but I figure they are short staffed and am happy to cut them some slack as usual. But after some back and forththey just refund our order. This was somewhat frustrating as we have been here for almost twenty minutes at this point, but Iaccept it. But going over the receipt I notice they didn?t refund my tip, just the cost of the items. I know it?s a small tipand silly to illicit such a reaction from me, but this was the straw that broke the camel?s back. So my wife went to pick up a blast, this is what was there when she got home. Absolutely disgusting food and wrong items. We ordered one chili fry and one chili cheese fry and somehow ended up with cheese... tots. Mind you, the one was only chili due to a cheese sensitivity. The chicken was disgustingly burnt on the outside and coldon the inside. I don?t even have to explain the corn dogs. Would you eat this? I couldn?t even stand to look at it. Read more
