Honestly, this Sonic is always disappointing. I keep thinking that eventually they'll hire some good workers, so I end up trying... them again, but it never changes. I waited 25 minutes for my food today. I ordered six items and only received 3. I went to oneof the stalls to let them know I was missing items and they kept turning off my service light. I went back into the drive thruand they brought me the "rest" of my food. I was still missing food. The first batch of food was cold of course since the wholething took about 40 minutes. I understand that fast food work is hard, but this is not really acceptable. I will not be back. Read more
Went to this sonic, wanting get a blast and they tell us that they are out of m&ms. How are you out of a popular candy when... blasts and shakes are poplar on your menu? Maybe make sure you are stocked up on candy? I also park in the stall to order andthey tell us that only the drive thru is open. It is 8:30 at night, why aren?t the stalls open? Ow that is more time wastedbecause now the line is long. Also, there is only 2 people working. Took forever to get our food, was not worth it. Don?trecommend going to this sonic. Do better sonic. I think this location is lacking good service. I waited at the drive thru speaker for five minutes. Myself as well as the lady... behind me both just left. Two of the employees were outside on smoke break at the same time while one person was inside. The carat the window was there for quite a while waiting too. I went to McDonald?s across the street, which had a long line of cars. Istill ended up being able to order quicker than I waited at your store before leaving. Read more
I walked over from my work to get a meal and at 530 at night they said they are only doing drive through and not only that they... are taking a really long time in the drive through someone in front of me left due to the wait time live sonic food but this iscrazy. I understand short staff and having a long line but that is also why having staff at appropriate times of day is superimportant and on top of all of this the app wasn't working and I couldn't order ahead and I think they really need to get somemore and or better staff Read more
Placed an order ahead online for just 3 drinks at around 11 at night, no other cars in the drive thru and when we parked and... pressed the button we were kept waiting for almost 20 minutes with no response. When we were finally acknowledged after pressingthe button several times, we were matter-of-factly told the ice cream and boba we ordered were unavailable and they offered noalternatives. Waited even longer to get our order, and while I appreciate the intent of the two coupons we were given... Theseexpired at the end of last year and are totally useless... Wow. Impressive. Read more
One time they forgot to put the beef patty in my burger. This time was the nail in the coffin to never go back to this location.... Management doesn't care about this store. Waited in line to pay for 30 minutes behind one other car. Me and the 5 cars behind mejust left before paying. Corporate needs to audit this location bad. The one off Platte is never this bad. worth the 4 mile tripto avoid the anguish this location only provided. Read more
Waited at the call box 10 minutes without any response, decided drive through would maybe be better .... Took 20 minutes to get... through the drive through and two people in front of us left the line. If you're going to wait this long for "fast food" justsave yourself some frustration and go to a real restaurant. Edit: wrote this review in the time it took to get our food after Ipaid. There was a coupon for a free vanilla cone in the bag, but the gesture is inadequate. And the sandwich was burned. Read more
