I mostly go to Sonic between 2pm and 4pm for their happy hour drinks. Now with the app I can get drinks whenever I want, however... I still find myself going still between 2pm and 4pm. I guess habits are hard to break? I absolutely love that Sonic supportsteachers and I wish more businesses would do more for teachers. I personally believe that teachers keep the world moving andprovide a huge service to society. Thank you Sonic for supporting our educators! Read more

This location puts in true effort despite the pandemic that has brought on labor shortages throughout the fast food industry. I... go to this location at least once a week since early 2020 and in comparison, this location's management and employees haveworked through it and found a way to make it work. While another sonic nearby still only offers drive through service, horriblewait times, and more often than not , an incorrect order, this one has employees that go above and beyond, even putting upHalloween decorations, on every single stall. Just wanted to give a positive thank you to the employees and management here andlet corporate know that this location deserves recognition. Read more

Went through drive thru Was not given a receipt and received the wrong sandwich. Was finally given my money back for a burger I... did not order and was short changed by the manager. Requested chili (not green chili) was told they do not do chiliburgers. Then why can I add chili ro a burger on the app. This is jot the 1st time I have had issues with going to thislocation and receiving the correct sandwich and it not being taken care of properly. Shame on me, I should of made sure I hadthe receipt before I left. Read more

Kelli was working so hard and with a smile on her face! She is a true gem to the Sonic franchise! Keep your eye on this young... woman, she's got gusto! She deserves a raise and a promotion! She was the only person there waiting on many patrons!! She madesure everything you could possibly need was in the bag and our breakfast burritos, the ultimate and the super Sonic, were freshand yummy! Our tots were crispy not soggy! Great job! Read more

Don?t come here it?s not worth it. I use to love Sonic but now the service is just horrible. I ordered i simple chocolate blast... & they gave it to me with syrup literally still at the top. I also use to work at Sonic & I know it?s not hard to just make surethe shakes are mixed properly. I asked them to fix it & I got it back with no lid barley mixed again. Whack. Read more

They obviously have a staffing shortage. We waited 30 minutes for food that was inedible. Our food sat inside for a long while... because they don't have anyone to bring it out to your car. Word of advice... Go through the drive-thru if you absolutely feelthe need to go to this location. You will not get food delivered to your car for a long time if you go to the parking slots. There are a couple servers who are very nice, and we're happy to help! But unfortunately this location doesn't seem to be... managed properly. Have been asked at the walk-up spot to "just go through the drive through", and they are sometimes out of mainmenu items (including ice-cream lol). The building is also not maintained well, with little outdoor lighting, the place looksclosed! Read more
