This location was on point with service and had our smoothies made in a timely fashion . Tasted great! I'll be back for sure!
I came here for four days straight in a row and had no issues paying for a large with cash, $20?s $50?s whatever I had, but... today I went in and the young lady rudely said I can?t pay in any bill larger than a $12 lmao bills don?t even come in 12?s.Usually it?s a young man helping me out, I always tip, he?s great! Always has a smile on his face, super professional & greatcustomer service. However, after the rude interaction I got today I won?t be back. ???? another location can take my money.Thank the young lady working today. She greeted me like she was annoyed & didn?t want to be there, just horrible ugly energy.She needs to work on customer service and professionalism. No need for rudeness & a full blown attitude. Jack had the best customer service I've ever seen. I was waiting in line while a lady was so rude to him but he smiled and fixed... her drink without any questions asked. I had to go up to him and ask his name because I was super impressed. Phenomenalemployee! Read more
I went to the Smoothie King on Barnes in Colorado Springs on 3-5-2022 at about 4pm. The store was very clean. The store was well... staffed and the line moved quickly. The smoothies were excellent. Highly recommended. Read more
I have been coming to this smoothie king for the past two years and the staff never disappoints! Smoothies come out smooth with... no ice chunks and are blended just perfectly. The staff always seems friendly and respectful, definitely will keep coming backto this location! Read more
My husband and I are obsessed with smoothie king but sadly the customer service in this place is consistently terrible. I?ve... given it multiple chances but unfortunately the employees seem annoyed to be there and annoyed that I?m there ordering something:) if you value customer service, I would recommend going somewhere else that values your business!
