Hit or miss. Half the time the smoothie tastes horrible and can't even drink it after a few sips. Have tried 5 different... smoothies and only liked 2. Some taste nothing like the fruit that is supposed to be in it. Have never had this problem at othersmoothie places. Will not be returning. Read more

If I could rate $0 I would. I just paid $10 for a coffee smoothie that tastes nothing like coffee and was "frozen" for a total... of 5 mins. The store is not picking up the phone. I got a ride there in the first place so I can't just run back easily to letthem know. Huge waste of money. Don't come here. Read more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! No manager on a Friday evening?! Really?!! After the first evening (Thursday)... spending over $70 and having a LONG wait because they decided to put one of the drinks in a plastic cup when we specificallyasked for styrofoam cups for them all because we have a 10 minute ride home and don't want the stuff to melt before we geteveryone their drinks back. Then got an attitude from the Oriental lady who was working after asking her to put it in astyrofoam one. Then to go back the second day and spend the same amount of money and again specifically ask for styrofoam cupsjust to have them put all of the drinks in plastic cups, melting and not filled to the top. LITERALLY SPENT AN HOUR IN THE STOREWAITING FOR THE ORDER! WITH NO MANAGER ON DUTY! JUST TO HAVE TO GET OUR MONEY BACK AND LEAVE WITHOUT ANYTHING!! THIS WILL BE THELAST TIME WE GIVE THEM OUR BUSINESS!! One of the only reasons we stopped going to Keva is because they had stopped usingstyrofoam cups. Read more

The first time I came, the gentleman that helped us, I think he might be the manager, was just so nice & understanding of my... son?s peanut allergy. I?d give them 0 stars if I could. Just stopped here and I ordered a small smoothie. I tried paying with a giftcard and they were... too in-experienced to know how to enter the numbers so instead of asking a manager or figuring it out they charged my debit cardinstead. Then they made the orders of everyone who ordered after me first. 30 minutes later I saw them moving the smoothiearound 5 different blenders and when I got it, it was lukewarm and tasted like water. How does it make any sense that there were5 workers in the building and only one person was making smoothies as every one else stood around and talked to each other???Maybe hire an adult to work on each shift or shut the location down. They gave me a refund and remade my smoothie after Icomplained. but it?s still ridiculous how badly they messed up. Unbelievable. Read more

I was taken care of and out of there fast. The employees are really nice and I was helped with any of my questions about their... smoothie add ons. I was helped by a person named Tree, and I loved the service. As a body modded individual it was nice to seeother people there with body mods as well, and I love that the store here is lgbtq friendly towards its customers and employees.I felt at home being able to talk to another non binary person! Long story short, this location needs adult supervision. There is obviously something going on here that impacts productivity.... I'll pass this location up ten times over just to go to the Barnes location. I give them .25 of five stars because they havewindows. Read more

This place is trash. Placed order was second in line payed for my one strawberry banana smoothie and had to wait 45 minutes for... my drink. I am not sure what the hell the employees that choose to come to work were doing but people were just standing around.I will never in my life come back to this business. Read more
