I pulled into the drive thru of this Smashburger last night around 8:35 (this is a Saturday night so they're suppose to be open... until 10pm). I ordered a Colorado burger then the girl over the speaker informs me that "we just got a really big Door Dashorder and then we are closing". I respond a little in shock to confirm what I just understood "so you're saying you can't makeme a single burger?" The girl on the other end says "no, we can not". Seriously! Not okay. Read more
We went here to grab something quick and it was awful from start to finish. First they were only accepting cash which I had... thankfully. I waited at the window for my food for over 10 minutes. I had already paid so I couldn?t drive away or I would have.Sadly there were people stuck behind me who didn?t have cash and didn?t order anything. When I asked the guy if I could pullaround to the parking lot since he said my food would be another 5 minutes, he seemed shocked. Also there was a little girlwalking around the kitchen. The cherry on top was the burgers, fries and milkshake were not tasty. I don?t leave negativereviews often but this restaurant is not worthy of your patronage. Read more
First the store was only accepting cash unless you ordered online. Second I ordered a Cob salad and I received what looked like... a side salad and it did have the chicken on it or dressing in the bag. I tried calling right away and an hour later they stillaren't answering the phone. Read more
First time to this location. I forgot to order my wife?s burger well done, so I requested another hamburger cooked well done.... The staff promptly cooked one and it was perfect. Service was great, too! Read more
This is the second time my husband and I tried to eat at this place, the firsts time they told us that they run out of beef and... other food but at least the lobby was open ?.. this time the lobby isn?t even open so we tried the drive through and they toldus that the wait was going to be 40 minutes with only two cars in front of us???????????? for what?. This has happened twice now. I asked for no cheese (No American) on my bacon burger, and got a lot of cheese. Also the bacon... doesn't even look all the way cooked. It's not hard to just leave the cheese off. $14 for a burger, fries, and a drink and Icouldn't eat most of my meal because I can't stomach the cheese and uncooked bacon. Read more
Smashburger is a great concept and we had wonderful service. They have burgers with a variety of toppings like bacon, grilled... and fried chicken, salads and fries and tots. The smash fries/tots come with garlic, oil, and rosemary. Our food was delicious,everything was fresh and we were served quickly for dine in. We had a great first experience and would order again! I went through the drive thru and ordered a couple of bacon avocado burgers and an order of tots. I waited at the pay window for... 20 minutes. I was there so long that the person behind me drove around and went inside to get his food. He got his first. Whenthey gave me the food, they offered no apology or explanation. I asked what took so long. They muttered something about the totsbeing old and having to spend an extra three minutes to make new ones. Got home and the tots were cold. Like not even a littlebit warm. The burgers were probably made at the start and then waited in the bag for 20 minutes for them to make ?new? totsbecause when we unwrapped the burgers, the buns were frigid and the meat was downright cold.
