I used to really enjoy the food here but not anymore. Most of the time the employees are rude and have a lot of attitude. And if... you place a mobile order and they run out of something you will still be charged for it. The rude girl simply said she can'trefund on a mobile order and that I "might" get my money back on the website. So while the food may be good, it isn't goodenough to put up with the bad service. We had 4 different burgers inside with fries and drinks. The Colorado Burger is simply amazing! Super tasty and fresh!! Fries... are also good. Hamburger was just meat between bread.. my kid doesn?t like it. Sorry. Why no salad and tomato like anormal Hamburger? Table was clean, staff friendly and fast. Drinks for refilling. Good atmosphere. The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly. Well the good was the good "smashed tots', the smashed burger barely passed muster as it was... undercooked, and lots of bad and ugly to come. If I were a Mystery Shopper for corporate, this place would be so busted. Staffwas friendly, maybe shorthanded? We could not find the free water. Why would a server bring you a catsup bottle that lookedlike it had just exploded, dripping and messy with catsup all over it? The inside dining room was a bit crowded so we chose thepatio where one other couple was already seated. My mistake. It appeared no sanitation or cleaning was ever done outside. Tables and chairs were unsanitary and dirty, also had bird dropping all over them. We cleaned off our own table as best wecould. And the horrible smell that would not go away - finally figured that maybe the unhoused or vagrants were staying on thepatio at night, as the odor was that of human waste, a strong urine odor to be specific, and the patio floor exhibited someevidence of that. Once outside, diners are on their own, as no one ever checks to make sure your food is OK or if you needanything. So get ready to make your own way back inside for napkins and condiments found on all inside tables but not on thepatio. Yep, we had a smashed bad experience. And 2 weeks later, no response from The Owner or their Corporate Office eventhough I sent them an email explaining all my concerns - as they requested! I guess their customers are just not important. That was absolutely the best burger I have ever had. The ingredients were so fresh. The burger was perfectly seasoned, perfectly... cooked and the food came hot. And the outside dining was really nice. Great experience. Thank you Smashburger! You?re my newfavorite burger place. Read more
I ate here a lot because it had a gluten free burger. However the same burger that I always get gave me stomach issues for about... 4 days. Diarrhea and nausea. Yup, food poisoning. I will never return and caution others. Each time I went in there is wasfilthy dirty too. Maybe that was a red flag before it made me ill. Read more

Constantly disappointed. I really hate to leave reviews but we have had issues every single time we have ordered from smash... burger. Today our to go order was missing 4 orders of fries and had an incorrect burger. Salad was wilted and placed in twosmall containers rather than a proper salad container. Dressing was ?sealed? with actual paper flyer material that was scotchtaped to the top (see photos) and therefore leaked all over everyone?s food. So so sad, this USE to be my favorite hamburger place, but today they got our order wrong and the hamburger patties were like... leather. One of the employees apologized for the order being wrong and blamed it on her "new cook" well she might want to teachhim that the burgers use to be juicy the only thing falling out of this burger was the crunchy burnt edges of the patty. Theyhiked the prices, it is so not worth it anymore. So disappointing!!!! Read more
