This local burger joint lives up to their motto of better beef, better buns, and better burgers. The burgers are well balanced... in terms of size, appearance, composition, handle, texture and flavor. If I were to be petty about, I would say it was a littlebit on the greasy side, especially the fried egg. I applaud the owner's endeavor of giving special importance to theingredients. From grass-fed beef, special buns, to homemade ketchup. There wasn't anything too noticeably whether it wasexceptional or poor service. That would have been a good differentiator. These burgers are so good. Definitely get the Heifer Sauce on the side! I ordered a custom burger for my first time, which... turned out great! Everything on the menu looks great!
