I ordered the Fiesta chicken sandwich and got roast beef on it. The roast beef was sliced wrong and was full of gristle and... fat. All the toppings were just thrown on in one spot on the sandwich. Nothing seems to change, thank goodness. After perhaps 15 years, it was sure time for a big Schlotzsky's regular sandwich, and... it did not disappoint. Great service, made to order, sanitary restaurant, and not overpriced due to inflation. Read more
I can't justify one star because I do not get a chance to taste the food. I left without the sandwich I intended to order when... told by the cashier it would be just a second as she walked off and didn't return. Also, the drive through was closed which wasprobably for the best as they appear to not be able to handle one customer at the counter. Read more
Decided to stop in for lunch because my daughter's been wanting a sandwich. I ordered a chicken salad. The chicken was almost... frozen, like it had just been taken out of a bag from the freezer. They made me another not much better. Her sandwich was nothow they used to be, bread slices thinner, different taste and medium was smaller. NOT WORTH THE MONEY! Last time we will bethere. Also the lady who took our order was not friendly and almost rude. The boy cleaning tables and delivering food was theonly good thing about the experience! He smiled and tried to be helpful. Love, love, love Schlotzsky's, we had their giant Original sandwich with extra meat, OMG delicious!???? Little guy had a... pepperoni ???? meal. The only bummer was, NO Cinnabons ????. Honestly disappointed with their food. I saw one of the workers drop some food in the back while I was waiting for my order and... they just picked it up and put it right back. I was appalled! It doesn?t really taste fresh. It had that bizarre taste from whensomething?s left out all day. And the staff member I had to deal with was very rude. Read more
