Didn't end up eating here, was really surprised at the rudeness of the staff member who removed the closed sign from the... register, stood in front of it, and then placed the closed sign back there without saying a word and left without evenacknowledging me. I was "very" clearly there and then he once again removed the closed sign after we chose a different place toeat in the court. I'd say they lost my business, but they didn't really seem particularly interested in having it in the firstplace. Read more
First off the guys working were extremely helpful and friendly! I'm not gonna lie, I'm not the biggest fan of fries (I know, I... know) but the loaded fries were awesome! Same with the burger and sandwich I tried! The cook on everything was perfect and greatpresentation especially even tho I got it Togo. I will 100% be going back and getting this again and trying more from the menu!I was very impressed since I have never been to Coati before and got the tip to try the Samich shack first! Ordered side of fries and the guy who took my order kept eating the fries from the bucket with bare hands while touching his... nose (health violation?) instead of fulfilling my order until another staff person asked him to complete the order. He finallywore gloves and gave me my order. Read more

Stopped at the one off of Powers , I'd never been before so didn't know what to expect. I'll start with the service. Andrew was... great! Greeted me right away very friendly and energetic. Fantastic food and even better service! He even gave me fries for free because my chili dog looked lonely.
Thought we'd give this place a try and so disappointed! My husband got the mountain man burger. He said it was just okay. ... The pattie itself was very small. The Veggie sandwich did not taste good. The chips were stale and unappetizing. I could havemade a higher quality, better tasting meal at home. Hard pass on coming back here again! Read more
