Pizza ???? is wood ???? fired which still didn?t impress me. Crust was dry and brittle and the overall taste ???? was bland.... Customer service is definitely between 1-2. We placed a phone order at 4:20 for 2 large pies and were told it would be ready at5. We came to get it at 5 and they didn?t even start it?the deranged guy with the glasses ???? simply shrugged ??????? hisshoulders and walked off. Great local pizza joint. Authentic NY pizza with the cheapest beer in town ($5 pitchers!). Looking forward to next time.

This place is delicious! I was nervous to live down here because of the lack of options but this place totally surprised me and... is a gem. Everything is made fresh, the sauce is tangy and the cheesecake is to die for. It?s one of the best I?ve ever had. Read more

Had a GREAT time here waiting on our order. My 12 yr old son and I waited about an hour for order, that's pretty long but our... food was super fresh and we weren't in a rush. The waitress was super kind and made us feel wanted. Alot of times these dayswhen you go somewhere with a big order, workers can't seem to help making you feel like an obligation or a bother.....towardsthe 45 min mark my son asked for a slice of pizza and I told him "No because we're going to eat real soon", and the waitressbrought him a slice of macaroni pizza on the house! Went here to dine-in, they put up a sign stating the dining room is closed, use the drive through window. They claimed short... staffing is the issue? two people are working. Funny part, THEY ONLY EVER HAVE HAD TWO PEOPLE WORKING! Staffing issues? Whatstaffing issues? It?s the same amount of staff as ever, I refuse to accept that excuse. It comes down to just laziness, theydon?t want to work any harder, they want to get paid for the least amount of work possible. So go to their drive through window,order your meal and wait in your car out front? someone will bring your order to you. Same exact concept as waiting in thedining room for them to bring your order. Where to begin...Well let's begin from the moment I arrived at Hells Kitchen. Store "manager" Mackster was extremely rude and... lacked care of interest of customers when arriving. When taking our order he constantly rolled his eyes. I asked for pizzas bythe slice and he replied he was not going to make anymore due to he had 10 pies to make.I understand there is a shortage onstaff members so I decided to work with him with what he was capable of making. After I placed my order I noticed he grabbed aslice of pizza from the front display with his bare hands and put it in the oven. Moments later he open the oven put his entirebare hand on the slice of pizza to check the warmth of it im assuming then grabbed cheese with his bare hand and put it on theslice of pizza. I then got his attention and asked if he can come over to where I was sitting so I didn't have yo shout acrosshis prepping area and make it appear like I was causing a scene. He hesitated at first but then eventually came over. I statedmy concerns of him handling our food bare handed especially during this pandemic. He got very defensive and said he washed hishands however, at this point I wanted a refund and did not want to eat at Hells Kitchen. He raised his voice to me and restatedhe washed his hands and he did not have the authority to give me a refund despite being a "manager". I asked to speak to amanager and he said he is the manager I then said I need to speak to someone above you. His reply was no one is here it's theweekend and demanded me to leave. I told him I am not leaving until I get a refund I just spent $49.91. We spent five minutesgoing back and forth he was telling me he would call authorities, and I replied that's fine with me your the one who owes memoney and is being rude and yelling at me. I was a bit concerned going here since some of the reviews were not so good but it was the only place open so we decided to risk... it. I'm glad we did, the pizza and service were both great. 2 men doing all the work did a fantastic job. We were also happy tosee the nice selection of Jarritos drinks, the guava was our favorite. Will definitely eat here again if we are in the area. Read more

If there was an option for 0 stars, I would give it to this place. My pizza had a hair on it, and the bottom was burnt and the... four cheese pizza tasted anything but cheese. It physically hurt my jaw to chew on this pizza, because of its rock-likeconsistency. Not only did I have to endure such trauma, I also, had to wait over 40 minutes for two measly slices of pizza.
