As far as burger placed go this particular Red Robin is just ok. We were there for lunch on a Friday. We were seated quickly, ... but it took a long time for a server to show up. (Who was also never there until asking for the check to be set up on themachine ay the table.) When they took our drink order it took 15 min to get drinks. Luckily someone came by and asked if wewanted some fries while we waited. Those were brought out quickly. When we got our food, it was just ok. The burgers werecooked more than we wanted and were kind of falling apart, even with the stick holding them together. Overall it is justanother burger place, with the gimmick of bottomless fries. Is it worth it, not really. Considering the price, level ofservice, and atmosphere, there are many other burger places in town that do a much better job. This is just ok. Holy good amazing had the scorpion burger. Fell in love with it. If you like a little spice and a kick it's perfect. Server was... absolutely amazing and the manager was awesome enough to give us some of the scorpion sauce to go. Can't wait to go back againand get another one. The sauce was perfect for dipping the bottomless fries in too. I used the to go for breakfast burritos thenext morning went perfect on them. Needs to be bottled and sold. I would buy it by the case. Fast friendly and competent service. As good or better than any other Red Robin location I've ever been to. The parking lot was... pretty full when we got there but we were seated in a couple minutes and had a drink in hand in no time at all. It took longerto actually tell the waiter or order than it did for the salad to get to the table. Fish and chips for me and a Ruben for mywife we're perfectly prepared and on the table before our first drink was gone. Read more

The service was great and timely, however the hamburgers that we had were considerably smaller than in past visits. Paying... $15.00 a plate for a smaller portion or burger is disappointing. In the past the burgers were very large and satisfying...nowthey're as big as a Big Mac at McDonald's. Charging the customer the same price or more and providing less is apparently the RedRobin business model now. I will not return. Read more

Went to go have some burgers ???? My husband and son had the black and blue burger and it looked so good.???? I chose a smaller... choice burger, but realized it was a pretty made patty with no flavor... my bad. Endless fries is always great! We ended withthe donut tower and it had a creamy pudding chocolate dip and a caramel... so yummy!!! I would definitely recommend the dessert???? Read more
