Ordered from here a few times and they never get the order right. Not sure if they just don?t care or what but it?s aggravating... to pay for food and not get what you paid for. Called the store and spoke with the manager who told me somebody must?ve ate myorder so they cannot remake it. 1. My food was not touched at all it was completely incorrect as well as missing items. 2. Iasked do they double check the order before handing them off. She said she?s not sure. Why are you not sure of what youremployees should be doing? Usually I don?t do reviews but this is ridiculous, to say someone ate my order when it was untouchedjust completely incorrect is crazy. Very bad, I do not understand why the second shift shutdown the 2 registers. I came in earlier in the day to get a turkey and... they were on and working. I didn't get food because I wasn't hungry. But came back around dinner time and by the it was adifferent crew and definitely not as friendly as in the morning. And said I couldn't order inside and that I had to go throughthe drive through. Not a problem, but after waiting 20 minutes for the food I got home and I was given old tenders and fries. The biscuits were so hard I couldn't eat them. I don't understand how they can possibly have old food when they are so busy. I really recommend you don't eat at this franchise. The inside is typically clean when I door dash here. However decided to get myself some lunch and could?ve made a better choice.... Was awful service from the minute my order was taken. The two lady?s on the drive thru headsets were either struggling withlunch rush or having a bad day but one had an attitude and the other honestly sounded like it was her first day.Tried orderingsome things then told they didn?t have any beignets or lemonade. So I asked for a strawberry Fanta didn?t realize til I droveoff I I got an orange Fanta and no receipt. Then no silverware or napkins in the bag. I mean the food was fine so there?s that. Read more

I went in just now to grab some food through the dine in seen people inside talking away looked like customers at the register... but doors were locked at 4:30pm? no one even bothered to explain why doors were locked had like 8 people back there working aswell just doesn't add up wouldn't open up or explain to a solider and I today so we turned around and left. Made a special trip to Popeyes on Fountain. Food is very good, service was quick...no problems...till I got home. Ordered LARGE... mashed potatoes and gravy with my order. Only had one scoop of potatoes and very little gravy. Container was half empty. Theirprices are already outrageous. Now getting ripped off with just half of what I paid for. Went there tonight for dinner, use to be the best Popeyes in town. Not anymore! Placed my order online, went down to pick it up... to be told the store was closed due to a water main break. Not toention if no water how can the employees sanitize!! Pulled themoney from the order and never got my food. When I was inquiring about my options a very rude employee had the nerve to tell methat I was not important! Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Take your money some place better. I used to be an avid customer of this particular location the chicken was always hot and fresh and the biscuits were always... fluffier than the other 2 locations. But the past couple years they have slowly declined. Not sure if the managers standard havedropped or if the employees are getting lazy. But they have managed to disappoint me the last 5 times now tonight's dinner wasexceptionally bad. I ordered half spicey and half mild. It was divided but it was all mild not to mention you could tell it hadbeen refried and been sitting a while, like all day! The biscuits were the same way and the mash potatoes had so little graveyyou almost couldn't taste it. Oh and now you have to ask for not only hunny and butter but Cajun spice packets forks and napkinsotherwise you get non of it. Not worth the 7 mile drive. ???????? Read more
