Very friendly CS, polite and great personalities. Restaurant was a bit dirty. Chicken was ok, but not great. My daughter... couldn't eat 1 1/2 tenders due to tendon and unchewable. Won?t be going to this Popeyes location again? I ordered inside: ?3 piece spicy dark meat with fries?, the lady asked what I?d... like for the drink (even though a self serve fountain machine was right next to counter) I replied that I didn?t want a soda butjust a small cup for water. She corrected the order to be a Dinner instead of Combo and I repeated ?3 piece spicy, dark meatonly please?, she then asked ?fries for the side and a water, correct?? and I said yes. After paying I looked at the receipt andsaw they charged me $1.59 for bottled water (even tho she gave me a cup) and the chicken listed: leg, thigh and wing. I askedthem why I was being charged for a water bottle and reminded them I ordered dark meat so legs and thighs only please. Afterreceiving the food: chicken was Classic instead of Spicy.. We come here alot. Everyone is always really friendly, helpful, courteous, etc. They make the food fresh! It's made to order! We... really like that.We like the friendliness and happiness of everyone! This is the best Popeyes by far. Their mashed potatoes,gravy, chicken, fries, tenders, etc are just fantastic!! Popeyes does not have the same taste as it did years ago. There food is hardly ever fresh. The quality of the food has went down... is not the same. I would rate numerical for taste and freshness? I give a 4!!! If its fresh I give it a 7. Like I said thetaste is different. idk if its the seasoning or the grease and you have to request fresh chicken most of the time. Even thoafter waiting for 15 to 20 min. they still bring you old chicken. There customer service is horrible also. Instead of trying tosatisfy an already frustrated customer they add on to the frustration and start arguing with the customers. The establishmentstay dirty. The doors the windows the floors. I mean I am Popeyes girl I luv me some Popeyes fried chicken but with the changeof taste it isn't worth my coins I barely go to Popeyes now compared to a girl who went practically every damn day for at least10 yrs.
