Half an hour for a ticket that should take 5 minutes at most... even then, the chicken was overcooked and fries served soggy... but it's whatever. I adore the Lobby though, very clean and modern. I have been wanting Popeye's for over two weeks and this location is great, however last week when I went through the drive... through one of the staff members was sitting on the curb smoking a cigarette telling me that the grease was burnt and she didn'trecommend eating there. (This has happend a few other times in the past.) This week when I went back and pulled up to place myorder the same woman told me I had to come in to order because the drive through is down. This has to be the worst Popeyes franchise in the whole company. It is rare that I go there and they actually have what I want... to order. This last time, no red beans & rice. Often the chicken is old or of terrible quality. Rarely is everything you orderedactually in the bag. They went months without an ice machine, yet they would sell you sodas anyway without letting youknow. Their credit card machine has been ?removed? in the lobby according to employees, so unless you are paying in cash, youhave to go through the drive through. Im officially giving up on this location. Order on receipt was right. 8 piece spicy all dark, no wings. We got not spicy 2 wings, 2 breast and a mystery piece. Drive... through closed due to staffing issues. There were enough employees to get this order right. Ridiculous. Read more

This location has never been that great as far as customer service and food quality, but it has really plummeted to a new low.... My last few orders have been horrible. My most recent order was terrible. I won't be visiting this location anymore. The sidedish containers were filled slightly under two thirds, the biscuits were stale and the chicken strips were mostly old (halffresh and the otherhalf hard and dried out). Absolutly horrible experience at the Popeyes located at Woodman and Austin Bluffs. The so called "manager" Kelly got into an... argument with me over making two separate orders AFTER I waited almost an hour in the drive thru line. For supposedly being amanager she was VERY unprofessional & definitely DID NOT look or fit manager status. I guess they'll hire ANYONE off the streetsto be a manager. I understand exactly why they are under staffed! I wouldn't even let my 16 year old daughter work there withthis type of unprofessionalism because I can't imagine how horrible she treats the employees. I tried to get her name and shewouldn't give it to me. The joke is on her because I can describe her, she is hard to miss, she had a big facial implantpiercing under her right eye. She needs to go back to the hole she crawled out of because she should not be able to work withcustomers EVER! I was called names & told they wouldn't serve me BECAUSE I wanted to make two separate orders after I waited ANHOUR in the drive thru line. I will definitely contact corporate to let them know who is "supposedly" managing this location. Thankfully there's another popeye's down the street with pleasant employees. This is a great Popeyes location. I was craving fried chicken so I drove through this Popeyes. I ordered a 3 piece spicy... chicken meal with red beans and rice. The food met my expectations and the drive-thru personnel were very friendly. This is agood Popeyes location. Read more
