Don't eat here. In the past they were 50/50 on whether you would get a good meal or not. Now you can't risk it. Seems all the... more adult people no longer work there and they only have teenagers that literally do not care about their jobs. For the mealin the picture.. they could/would not provide a receipt. They were out of mashed potatoes and coleslaw, they didn't include thebiscuits with our meal (shoulda checked before we left.. for everything) the red beans and rice they provided were dry andmashed. Check out the pic.. the chicken is old and had been run through the fryer again, as you may expect it was inedible. Weordered spicy chicken and got non spicy.. also as you can see in the pic, we got one or two pieces that were properly cooked. Important to note, it was 5 PM.. not last minute as they're closing. Very unfortunate as we normally enjoy Popeyes Read more

I travel a lot, so I eat a lot of food away from home. Home is Texas. This is the best Popeyes I?ve ever been to because it?s... just like the Rusty Rooster back at home. The chickens always good, and the service is too. But the cashier and the cook hadvery good communication while they were really busy. And I had 500 miles to my next stop and 3 relatives that moved away fromhome to see while in Colorado. But we ordered, and ate in 15 minutes and back on our way. The lobby and kitchen were orderly andspotless, and the floor was being mopped to stay that way because diligence within the Popeyes by the mountain in Colorado endedup being my favorite chicken spot away from home. It was around 230pm, 10.18.22. Thank You Read more

We loved this place 2 years ago since then they don't have anything when we go. Today we went and said they no longer have... popcorn shrimp or coleslaw. Obviously it's not worth going back ever again. They should just close and let someone else move inthat will have the items on their menu. Read more

We sat in the drive through line for 30 minutes the service was minimal, not even an a apology or effort towards working fast to... meet the demand from customers. They were out of our entire order so we couldn?t even have what we wanted after a whole 30minutes for fast food. Read more

Young guys working and we?re friendly. We drive through. Food was cold. Hush puppies were not there. Said they only had... unsweetened tea but I got sweet. Chicken tasted like it had set there awhile. Shrimp was nothing special. Biscuits were hard. Read more

Husband waited 5 mins before being acknowledged on speaker, called me and asked me to call the store to see if they were open.... While on phone, I heard the rep come on RUDE AF! Whoever owns this location needs to get their employees in check. Not good forbusiness. In Fact, we will be traveling further from home to enjoy Popeyes from now on.. Read more

We?ve had good experiences here before but today was LAME. Ordered a large Red beans and rice, the container was half empty, it... was mostly all rice and some dried up beans at the very bottom. Not fresh. And a waste of money if they can?t even fill thecontainer. My husbands side was also half full and old tasting. Super disappointing this is my dinner Read more

I rarely eat fast food- maybe 10 times a year- but did the drive-thru here twice this holiday weekend for late lunch. The spicy... chicken sandwich was super tender, crunchy, hot and loaded up with pickles as I requested. It's by far, the best fast food I'veever had (sorry, Taco Bell). The bad news is I have a new food obsession that maybe isn't the healthiest, but hey, moderation...The same young manager served me both times with a positive attitude despite being short-staffed. Give the man a raise! Read more
