?Read till the end? I was a big fan of this place. They have amazing great tasting food, but you won?t be seeing me here again,... because almost every time I come here the service is lacking. My wife and I ordered ramen and a poke bowl, by the time my pokebowl was done they just put in the order for the ramen and we waited 30 minutes and it still wasn?t served. I then went to thecounter and asked when will the food get here, and you know what they told me?! They all went on break!! After I ordered!! Thenwhen we finally got it after complaining to two employees, the meat was under cooked, chewy and tasted like blood!! From the second of walking in, I KNEW I was going to love this Poke restaurant! The staff was so incredibly friendly and... helpful, and the restaurant itself was very clean. Getting to the food- first sip of the miso soup and I was taken to adifferent world! By far the BEST miso soup I?ve had! I just finished eating it and am now sad I didn?t get more. This. Is. THE. Best. Poke. Spot. EVER! I am originally from southern California and this is my all-time favorite place, as of... now. I can't believe I'm saying this. It surpasses my top place in Cali, officially. Their fish is so fresh! They have soooomany options for topping, salads, and fish. Guys, they have yellow tail, here! 7/3/22-The food here is really good, but the service is lacking. The four stars mostly comes from how good the food was. We... ordered 2 chicken bibimbaps and they bring us out two beef. I told them about it and they were willing to fix the issue. I feltbad about them having to throw that much food away, so I told them I would keep mine, but that my mom's would have to be fixeddue to dietary issues. Just sad that they messed up on both of the dishes for our order. The miso soup was good (it came withwhat we ordered). The soda machine had its ice machine broken and the coke dispenser was just putting out syrup with littlecarbonated water. They are a little pricey, like small sodas being over $3. I always come here whenever I?m in Colorado Springs. They never disappoint! Fried Musubi is *chefs kiss* and very filling. If I... wasn?t so gluttonous, I would have been full.
