Place is great for fast food good deals threw out the week great meatless pizza

This Papa Murphy's is clean, presentable, and in a great location. I was immediately greeted as I walked in and was attended to... when I was ready. I really appreciated the managers good attitude and customer service; not just for me, but with othercustomers as well. The pizzas were made well and were of good quality after cooking. Papa Murphy's does offer an EBT optionand that gives them an advantage over places like Pizza Hut and Domino's. Yet, you still receive just as good if not betterpizza without being too stuffed with the crust. Products were stocked in the coolers and available to me while I waited on mypizzas to be complete. This additional time let me put this stuff in my vehicle so I'd have the hands for the pizzas! Willdefinitely be back to this location in the future. Thanks Papa Murphy's ! Read more

Just disgusting BITE of pizza I've ever ate... Gaint NLNY & even the wrong pizza then I ordered, never again.

Bad customer service and poor job on making pizza. Dumped all the sausage in the middle. Dont go to south academy one!

We get Papa Murphy's often, but generally get it from a different location. I was very disappointed in my pizza. Family sized... double stuffed Chicago style, extra cheese. Sad to see that ingredients are not being weighed like they used to. Our understanding is a manager told employees to cut back... on them because of rising costs. Sorry that is NOT the way to do business, it is a chain that has chain standards that aresupposed to be followed. If it's that bad, and truthfully it definitely can be with our current economy, remain honest. I must say that I have quit going to Papa Murphys and this location for several reasons. I?ve always loved their stuffed Chicago... style pizza. I also like the Big Murphy but cannot do the black olives. I?m DEATHLY allergic to olives and have made this VERYCLEAR. I somehow seem to get a pizza with olives when I ask for NONE. On several occasions I?ve gotten my pizza home to find outthe put olives and then just picked them off. I cook the pizza and become very sick instantly. Tonight Friday, February 18th,2022 I decided to give them a try again about 7 pm and once again not very happy. I ordered my usual Chicago stuffed pizza in alarge size?.no salami, add mushrooms, extra sauce and extra cheese. My order came to $19.25. Here?s the problem?-this is supposeto be a large 14? at least 4 lb pizza or more with the extras. One of the employees hands me the pizza and I ask ? Is that alarge?? Literally looks smaller than the medium board on the wall. I?m in a hurry because I?ve got hungry people at home waitingon me. I get the pizza home and just for curious it?s sake I weighed the pizza. It?s 3.1 lbs and only 10-1/2? in diameter. It?s2-1/2? smaller than the paper plate it?s on. To say I was unhappy is an understatement. I opted for a sandwich so the otherswould get full. I won?t be going back to Papa Murphys again. Very disappointed!!!! They will once again loose my weekly $50-100order on Tuesdays. Not only do I buy for my family, but both of my jobs support this establishment. For $19?. I EXPECT A LARGEPIZZA MADE CORRECTLY!!! My review doesn?t even touch on any of the health / or in sanitary infractions I saw in the 15 minutes Iwas there. People are watching and the employees are oblivious. I truly hope corporate and or the owner sees this and takes outthe trash to clean this place up.
